T’ai-Chi Qigong

Qigong (“chee-gung”) is a mind-body exercise that uses visualization, breath, posture coordinated with slow movements that cultivate the flow of energy, or Qi (chee). The smooth movements encourage a quiet mind which help improve concentration, memory and deep breathing. Qigong promotes a relaxed mind-body state which develops balance, flexibility and core strength, along with moderating blood pressure and helping the body rid itself of toxins.
